Along with branding overhaul for Legacy Properties themselves, we have designed and built 2 bespoke websites and each development for Legacy Properties and their sister company Legacy Homes. These websites have won awards in the Web Excellence Awards 2023.
We design logos, signage, hoarding, flags, brochures, and adverts in local and national press and websites.
We have worked on 14 property development sites so far. All branding, design for print, signage and digital design. Seascape (10 properties), Thirty Six (6 properties), Fistral House (10 properties), The Rocks (10 properties), Woodlands (10 properties), Halwyn Meadows (60 properties), Longshore (10 properties), Ebb Tide (10 properties), Applewood, Pentire Green, Highfields, Kingswood, The Grange, Roselyon Gardens and more coming soon.
Four of these sites have won International Property Awards which we have designed the award entry brochures.
Brand & Print Design.
Branding for Legacy Properties & Legacy Homes developments. For each development site, we are tasked to help with initial naming, logo concepts, brand development and final logo refinement and brand guidelines. Then we move on to brochure design, adverts, promotional material, online adverts and more.
Signage, Hoarding Design.
These are then used to design everything each property development site will need, from flags, signage and way finding, site hoarding and website updates. Designed by Oracle Design, print, production and installed by leading sign makers Cornwall Signs.

Web Excellence Awards 2023 winners, bespoke design & web development.
We designed and built the Legacy Properties and Legacy Homes from scratch. The websites are completely bespoke and built responsively to work across all devices. The level of detail for each property development was a big driving factor behind the design and user navigation, with additional navigation menus included for a better user experience. We also maintain these websites and work on ongoing updates for the client.
