Strategic Creative Director with a proven record with international and some of the South West’s biggest businesses. Taking the creative lead on all projects, with over 20 years commercial experience with local businesses to the UK government, winning multiple awards for design and usability. Also lectured in design in colleges and schools in the South West.

When he’s not in the studio, you’ll either find him out surfing or spending time with his family.

Chris joined the team in 2022, bringing a Business Management degree and advanced studies in IT Computing, SEO, and web development. As a key team member, he focuses on client content, SEO, website development, user experience (UX) projects, and digital marketing.

Outside of work, Chris loves spending time outdoors. Whether he's walking his dog, playing football with friends, or catching waves, he's always up for an adventure.

Jamin is a creative and inventive designer with a global background, collaborating on brand strategy and innovative design solutions across digital and traditional platforms. His experience ranges from small art projects to major brand identities and advertising campaigns. Past clients include Harley Davidson, Bentley Motors, Jamie Oliver, Avis & The Olympic Park. He also lectures on branding, digital media, and typography at the University of Plymouth. ⁠

After hours, Jamin juggles family, biking, surfing, rugby and BBQs.

Dan brings over 18 years of experience in brand design, UX, and creative direction. He bridges brand identity, marketing, and product to ensure every output feels consistent and competitive in the marketplace: or to put it another way, Dan thinks about the whole picture, so you can focus on your big goals.

Outside of work, Dan is a session musician, and his original compositions have featured in adverts.

Highly skilled web developer, with over 16 years commercial experience. He ensures our client websites, e-commerce solutions or a simple email mailshot are built to the latest standards and look great across website browsers and mobile devices. Building bespoke websites from the ground up, using no third-party framework is our core focus.

Senior developer, responsible for taking designs and coding them into fast, functional websites. He has worked in web development and user experience since 2004 for brands such as Coca Cola, Adidas and Cancer Research UK. Ian is fluent in HTML5, CSS3, PHP, Javascript, and jQuery, with a focus on WordPress but experienced in a range of other CMS platforms.

In his spare time, you’ll find him out harvesting his crops on his farm, or scaling his homemade climbing wall with the kids.

Over a decade of experience in commercial illustration, animation and graphic design, Pete is a broadly skilled creative with a BA (Hons) in Illustration and Animation. With a passion for problem solving through intelligent concepts, story-telling and clear communication, motion graphics and animation bring any project to life. Whether it's quirky loops for social media, animated gifs or full blown explainer videos, he believes a close working relationship with the client is the key to unlocking unique and authentic visual solutions.

Responsible for migrating, proofreading and editing website content and supporting the development and maintenance of our web suite.
