Brand Identity. Print Design. Signage & Wayfinding. Web Design.
Creating a confident brand and digital presence for a growing property developer.
Luxon is a South West property developer focused on thoughtful design and lasting communities. We worked with the team to create a confident identity that could be applied consistently across its developments, marketing materials and digital presence.
The project brought together brand identity, print design, signage and hoarding, and a customised WordPress website. Together, these elements created a flexible and recognisable visual system that can support the business as it grows.
We created a responsive WordPress website that brings the Luxon brand to life online and gives the team a clear platform for presenting its developments, values and experience.
Using a carefully selected framework, we customised the website around Luxon’s visual identity, content and property imagery. This provided a professional and cost-effective solution that can continue to evolve as new developments are launched.
We initially created a holding page for Luxon while the business and its developments were taking shape. This provided a professional online presence at an early stage, while allowing the wider brand and property offering to develop.
As Luxon grew, the holding page no longer provided enough space or functionality to communicate the company’s expanding portfolio. We therefore developed a more comprehensive WordPress website that could present its developments, values and experience in greater detail.
The new website gives the Luxon team full control over its content, allowing them to manage routine updates internally as the business continues to grow.
Individual properties and plots can be added with floor plans, photography, specifications and supporting details. This creates a clear and useful resource for prospective buyers while making it easier for Luxon to keep availability and development information up to date.
The platform has also been designed to support a more direct route to prospective buyers, complementing the company’s existing relationships with estate agents and providing greater flexibility as its sales approach develops.
